Human trafficking is one of the fastest-growing illegal industries in the United States with Georgia ranking #4 in highest rates of reported cases in 2019 and 74% of cases categorized as sex trafficking.

There are several barriers that exist for human trafficking victims as they begin to seek services that begin with their history of childhood sexual abuse, drug abuse as a means of coping or managing stress and abuse, living in poverty, and constant exploitation by their traffickers.

The Faithful Love Bridge to Hope program exists because there is a dire need for supportive services for local victims of human trafficking that combine mental health treatment, addiction recovery, medical assistance, social services, job training, access to safe and affordable housing, and/or long-term treatment and legal assistance.

The Faithful Love Bridge to Hope Program offers survivors birth certificates, identification assistance, help to obtain social, legal, and mental health services, addictions counseling, hotel stays, food and toiletries, and transportation to a long-term program specifically tailored to sex trafficking survivors. Faithful Love is the only organization in the Southeast Georgia area that has provided this type of specialized support to adult survivors of sex trafficking since 2017.

Our Impact

Since its start in 2017, Faithful Love has grown to include several outreach programs including street, strip club, and jail programs as well as a day-time home where survivors can come to receive meals, clothing, identification assistance, case management, and trauma-informed counseling.
Once survivors are ready and able to leave “the life” of being trafficked, Faithful Love transports them to one of the many long-term programs specially designed to help this population of adult women. Over the last 5 years, Faithful Love has helped more than 70 women with almost 20% of them completing a long-term residential program.

Mission and Vision

Mission Statement: Faithful Love’s mission is to bring healing and restoration to adult women who are victims or at risk of being sex trafficked, prostituted, or exploited.

Faithful Love is a faith-based nonprofit organization in the Golden Isles that has been supporting adult survivors of sex trafficking in Glynn County and surrounding areas since 2017.

We exist to help revitalize women who are victims/at risk of sexual exploitation. Our programs provide services that transform lives and communities through Christ-centered love and support and connect women with organizations to further their healing.
